Husbandry is included in this section, and emphasizes breeding, nutrition, barrier housing, and other housing methods. Safety includes occupational health, zoonosis control, and safe handling of biologic agents, radioisotopes and chemicals. The funding/ethics/welfare page has mostly stuff on US grant funding methods, but I am adding more to the ethics section there.
